Description

This photograph was taken right after daybreak from White Tank Regional Park campgrounds looking toward the northeast. The mountains are directly north of Phoenix, Arizona. Note the hot air balloons over the valley. The park is located in a forest of saguaro cactus, the largest in the cactus family. Pictured in the foreground are saguaro, red barrel, cholla and teddy bear cactus.
